I use this with 100% dark chocolate and heavy cream powder to make no carb chocolate. It works great, has an amazing natural aroma and the button size makes it easy for precise measurements and melting. Price is a bit high compared to a few months back, but still OK. As cocoa butter is solid in room temp, you can use it for many things for example keto or no sugar hazelnut spread that has a spreadable consistency outside the fridge. Also an amazing twist for cheesecake bases if used instead of butter. Obviously this is food grade so perfect for skin products too.

These unrefined cacao butter chips melt easily and quickly, and have a good flavour to them. We have had great success in making sugar free chocolates with them, as well as using them in a range of different recipes.

I love this product! It is a much better option compared to coconut oil for sweet goods that need to stay outside the fridge. The only thing I would flag is that it has a very strong chocolatey flavour and scent, so, if you want another flavour or scent to be dominant, this will be an issue when using this cocoa butter. For example, I used it for a pistachio and rose recipe and, sadly, the flavours got so mixed up that the taste was of just weird fake chocolate. On the other hand, if you are aiming to get that chocolate flavour and scent and you are using complimenting ingredients (e.g. almond or peanut butter), the results are amazing! It would be great if they did a non-scented and non-flavoured version too.

Easy to use because they're in little nibs rather than assorted chunks, and I've taste tested a lot of the others and always come back to Pink Sun, it makes the yummiest keto chocolate. Reading the reviews, I think some people are confusing cocoa butter with white chocolate because these are unflavoured and designed to melt, you wouldn't want cocoa butter in it's original state as some kind of chip in a cookie recipie. It looks like chocolate but you wouldn't want to eat it in lumps.

I bought this product to add to dark vegan chocolate to make a ‘creamer’ vegan chocolate. It worked really well. Down sides are the bag won’t resell and their were some large clumps that were awkward to melt.

These drops are much easier to use than the solid blocks of cacao butter in tubs, and seem fine in terms of taste and quality. Nice big pack which will last a while. The label showing grey-coloured drops is inaccurate and rather off-putting, but don’t worry, they are a normal creamy-white colour!

Used to come in the shape of a chocolate button ,but comes in the form of droplets now. There is a mild taste of chocolate which leaves a nice aftertaste if drinking black coffee

This is NOT what you think it is, this is coco butter, looking like white chocolate drops. Be clear This is NOT white chocolate, you would not eat this from the bag unless you like eating fat, its like eating coconut oil. I have tried making white chocolate from it, it tasted vile. Will melt it and use it in baking.Its expensive for what is just coco butter drops

Me encanta ese producto.Lo utilizo en cremas caseras corporales. Necesitas poca cantidad y el producto huele muy bien, como si te hubieras bañado en chocolate.Últimamente lo utilizo para la prevención de estrías de embarazo y hecho una crema junto con manteca de karite, aceite de almendras y árgan que mejora estrías y cicatrices.Funciona muy bien y le recomiendo por la calidad que tiene.

Ist ihren Preis wert, riecht lecker nach Kakaobutter, lässt sich gut verarbeiten, wenn man sie zur Schokoladenherstellung schmilzt. Schmackhaftes Aroma, angenehmer Geruch. Bestelle ich sofort wieder.

Pratique a utiliser, très bonne odeur de chocolat. J'en ai utilisé pour un émincé de poulet au curry, j'ai utilisé ce beurre cacao que j'ai fait fondre sur les aliments à la fin de la cuisson. C'était excellent, avec cette petite odeur de chocolat....Par contre, je ne sais pas si on peut l'utiliser pour la cuisson de la viande ou d'aliment saisis à feu vif et du coup modifier les molécules de gras.

Alimento puro, orgánico, sin refinar, en forma de gotas con un delicioso y suave aroma a chocolate.Todo un descubrimiento. Normalmente me sientan pesados todos los tipos de chocolates que he probado, por lo que tenía mis dudas (miedo) cuando pedí estas gotas de manteca de cacao. Podían ser 25 € tirados a la basura. Pero nada más lejos de la realidad, estoy encantado, me sientan fenomenal y muestra de ello es que he repetido mi pedido.Por otra parte, no siendo un producto económico, he de decir que el precio es de lo mejor que hay en el mercado, para un producto de estas características.Sólo le encuentro un problema, entre comillas, que es muy adictivo. Me encanta comerlo acompañado de frutos secos y tengo que ir con cuidado porque se me va la mano cuando lo veo y no me puedo contener. Y como ya dije, como me sienta fenomenal y me da un aporte estupendo de energía, sólo le veo beneficios para mi salud por lo que lo como cada vez que me apetece.El cacao crudo contiene más de 300 compuestos químicos diferentes y casi cuatro veces el poder antioxidante del chocolate oscuro promedio – más de 20 veces que el de las moras azules. También están presentes proteínas, calcio, carotenos, tiamina, riboflavina, magnesio, sulfuro, flavonoides, antioxidantes y ácidos grasos esenciales.Derritiéndolo al baño maría, también sirve para hidratar para la piel.Espero haber ayudado a resolver cualquier duda al respecto.
