It stinks
Made my hair soft... but, I had to put another product on my hair because his smells that bad. Who makes conditioner that stinks??? I'm shocked!

Not New!
This product is not new. It was not sealed and leaked in the box. Look at pump. It's not in the locked and new position and there is dried product along the neck. I can't return it because it's an open liquid.
