What I liked about this chair is it offered lumber, padded back and seat, neck and shoulder support - and the arms are adjustable. Everything I was looking for in a chair now I am working from home most days. The price was also favourable as within my price range. Having read the reviews and taking on boards all comments, I decided to take a chance as there were some good experiences, and I am glad I did. The chair arrived within two days of placing the order - ahead if its delivery date. Easy to follow instructions. It took me under an hour to put together. The chair is very comfortable to seat on. You feel so cushioned. As it's only been a couple days I can not say how it will perform going forward but right now I am pleased with this chair.

Ordered on Saturday evening, arrived Tuesday afternoon, I wasn't expecting it to be that quick so I really appreciate that.This chair is so comfortable and feels solid in build quality. I can't possibly comment on longevity because I've only had it a day, hope it lasts for a long time.I asked a question about tilt/recline on here. Maybe some people aren't aware that if you pull the bar of the gas pump out slightly it has a recline rocker function, this made the chair perfect. Plus, being able to move the arms out the way make it a truly versatile chair.I used the box it came in to build it, the base can sit in the opening while the back and arms are attached.Thank you for the swift delivery and great price.

Bought for my partner, lovely design only problem we’ve found is after time the mechanics stop working chair won’t rise so he’s sat lower than he’d like too

A comfortable well designed and rather good looking chair. It is height adjustable with armrests that lift up, reducing it's footprint when the chair is pushed under the desk when finished with. It has a separate head pillow which comes in handy and supports the back of the neck when in the chair, can be removed if not needed. The lumbar support is built into the chair and is not removable. Quite easy to put together, the arms were the difficult bit and would suggest you put the castors on last in the build, no tools needed everything comes in the box.

Super fast delivery very please with that. Received it within 3-4 days instead of 3 wks as planned.Very comfortable, only thing is armrests are placed far too apart from each other for my liking and the back rest tends to lean a bit when propped against it (wish there could be an option to make it stay vertical)Putting it together is quite easy, just a bit tricky to attach armrests to both back and seat at the same time without help (had to push against a wall to keep it from moving)

I am ~75KG, but after less than 1 year of usage, the seat's flock is too compressed that it's uncomfortable to sit on. Moreover, the armrests are too high for me and there is no way to lower them: you either use them at this golden height or not. To-be-or-not-to-be style. Wouldn't buy it if I could go back in time.

We purchased this chair for our 11 year old son, to say he loves it would be an understatement. The chair is great quality and super comfortable. Also like that it comes with a cushion as well for extra comfort and support.We will be purchasing again our other son very soon.

Well I’ve just fixed the chair up, first impressions are just AMAZING!! The material is so soft and by far the best chair I’ve brought. Hopefully it will last for few good years ( time will tell). Fixing it up wasn’t too bad, I did have a friend to help out but 2nd person is not needed but helped.For the price this is perfect for gaming. Overall very happy with my purchase. Not sure with the negative comments on this but I suppose you can’t please everyone... overall 5star. Thanks.
