Absonutrix Cissus Quadrangularis Xtreme 1600mg (120 Capsules)

Purchase as described, well packaged. I just started taking it and as I take SSRI I gotta be careful with it so my dosage is smaller than usual. It gives me SO much energy shortly after taking it, I'm able to work out for a long time. But also makes me very sleepy later. I quess it's because of SSRI as I read online? My boyfriend takes it as well , helps him with his knee pain. I can recommend it.

Read about this product in Men’s Health (although I’m female). After seeing customer reviews I ordered some. Arrived in 30 hrs. I’ve only taken half the daily dose for 5 days & it really seems to give muscles a new lease of life. I teach 20 fitness classes a week and at 44, feel the need to foam roller a few times a day. I can now go to work straight away in the morning. I’ve already recommended this to 3 class attendees. Give it a go. No major side effects. (Mild disturbed sleep).

I don’t feel any difference at all, very disappointed. From the reviews I thought this would be perfect for me. But unfortunately no difference at all still In a lot of pain, I wasn’t expecting a miracle but a little help or ease would have been nice, but nothing.

A word of warning: cissus elevates serotonin, so please don't take it if you are on an SSRI or you are taking serotonin-boosting supplements (5HTP, tryptophan). I suffered for two days because of excess serotonin and it wasn't pretty. Otherwise, I'm sure the product will work fine for your joints/tendons/bones.

Bought amongst other products and exercises to help golfers elbow. Elbow is improving, but hard to attribute directly to this product
