Good 30g dose of pro
I don't really care about the taste as I just needed a shake that would give me 30g whilst on the go, however the taste is pretty good I must say! This has more sugar in it than I wanted but compared to other shakes of the same size its not too bad. Also this shake doesn't have as much extra crap added to it as most shakes. This will be my go to from now on for a shake on the go. If you want a powder though get pink sun it has NO nasty additives, soy free, etc.

If taste matters to you
I'm not a big fan of these protein drinks and bars although I do take them to supplement my training. Having tried different brands, the problem I find with these products is that they do all taste like supplements and have that artificial aftertaste, despite the degree varies from brand to brand. Once, I didn't have my protein powder on me and for make do, accidentally grabbed a Maxinutrition Protein Milk from the supermarket. Must say I'm pretty impressed with the taste as it actually do taste like real milkshake with minimal aftertaste. I have also tried the Maxinutrition Promax shake in strawberry, also in the ready shake form, and been stuck on this brand eversince. Still have yet to try their powder form.

I like the taste of this product and it seems to ...
I like the taste of this product and it seems to give me a boost after a gym session. I get this ready made item because it does not taste chalky like the powdered stuff I have used in the past, even after making it in a blender. I give it four stars here because they keep changing the price and I have to keep comparing the price against Asda because sometimes it's cheaper to buy there.+ No Chalky Taste, Convenience- Added Sugar 16.5 (4 teaspoons of sugar per bottle 330) Not so healthy

Five Stars
I am vegetarian, so I don't eat animal meat or eggs, my main source of Protien is from dairy. To get a substantial source of Protien from dairy I would need to drink a lot, which would then increase my fat intake, so I use this Protien milk as an meat/egg substitute.
