I do not want a gritty soap is this a gritty soap and is it possible to get a black soap that is not gritty

This is not gritty and lathers up like a moisturiser, it's really nice and creamy .

Can it be used to lighten parts of your skin??

Most certainly not it's a soap for washing yourself init there is oils that help moisturize your skin not to lighten it . There are products on the market that do that if that's what you want ,but me be proud of your colour not to lighten it.

It's cleared up an eczema flare up within two days and my skin feels better than ever! You get a lovely clean feeling and finally my skin feels soft and supple. Way better than Cetraben and E45 and a fraction of the cost! I was advised to use this by a friend from Ghana and this was the brand recommended to me and I'm so pleased with it!
