Delighted with this phone.I had looked for ages for a reasonably priced phone that had good reviews. This arrived in immaculate condition with a charger and a packet of Haribo jellies! What more could you want?! Well maybe the usb adaptor for transferring data from iPhone, but hey you can't complain. I'd advise anyone to take the leap. Don't let refurbished put you off. its like a brand new phone.

Bought this phone in November, delivery was good and phone worked fine, camera stopped working few days a week or so ago, did all the manufactures suggestions and the cameras till did not work, reset phone back to default, still the camera did not work, started a claim and then was told its not under any warranty. I’m very disappointed in this company as £315 for a phone isn’t cheap and in the UK or selling in the UK especially on Amazon we expect 12 a month warranty, if I knew the was no warranty as I would not of purchased it, think twice about buying from ANY non UK suppler, disappointed Amazon are allowing this. But I suppose the usual Faecal Bovine Matter will be exercised, read the terms and conditions. Very poor performance from Chinar Business indeed.

Thought that this would be a good replacement for my old Motorola phone but looks can be decieving. The Galaxy Note was ok to start with but within a couple of weeks the battery started to fail holding its charge. This meant charging it at least once a day.So I've gone back to my old phone which only needs charging once every 4 days

Good for the price ....had it for nearly a year still going ..but needs a lot of pre installed junk removing first...

Phone has been well refurbished. Excellent battery life. Downside - not yet used as key to open SIM card tray and adaptors are not the right ones for the phone. In the end had to open Sim card tray with a large hat pin and contact my mobile supplier to send a new SIM card.

I have been really pleased with this phone, it looked brand new to me without a single mark on it. I am very fussy and I couldn't find any faults with it at all. It has certainly surpassed all my expectations and it is the best phone I have ever owned.
