Premium Back Support Belt, Lower Back Brace - Best for Sport or Work related low back pain - Comfortable Adjustable Lightweight design suitable for Men & Women.

Took me years to persuade the wearer to get this belt and see if there was any improvement to his chronic back pain, for which he is on high doses of medication. Smugly, I can say I was right to persevere, as from the moment he put it on, the pain lessened dramatically. He can stand up from his armchair much more easily and the pain lines in his face have eased. Although this didn't address the weakness in his legs (another consequence of the accident that caused the back injury) he is absolutely delighted to have bought this belt, as it cost very little, is easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and a godsend. Can only recommend - it is a small price to pay for the benefit it gives.

After suffering a work related back injury and having been in pain for a while found this support belt to be really effective in reducing the discomfort to virtually nothing more than a niggling annoyance. It is really simple to put on just wrap it tight and away you go, only slight problem is you tend to sweat a little underneath the belt but you can't have it all, overall a very good helpful aid while the injury heals. Recommend this to anyone.

I put my back out a couple of weeks ago and tried hot and cold treatment, various ointments, painkillers all to little effect. I made this purchase to see if support would offer some relief and the results were almost instantaneous, so happy I did this

I was looking for a lightweight back support for golfing. My other one is a bit hefty and restrictive. So this one, at £20, is OK, lightweight and comfortable to wear...but not fantastic support for my low back, in fact feels negligible, and I don't think the build quality is too great. Advertised with an "RRP of £40, Price £20"...guess I fell for that one. So, overall, my advice would be go for something with a bit more 'quality'

I have had back problems for years but not so bad since an operation in 1996. I have had a support belt for years which I wear when I feel sore in the back, working with heavy objects in the garden or lifting heavy objects. Since December my back has been hurting which about 4 weeks ago developed into sciatica in the left leg. I have been having physio but with little improvement. I decided that I needed a new support belt and went for yours because of the reference to sciatica. I have worn the belt for 5/6 days now and it has had a very beneficial effect. The sciatica pain has virtually gone when I am wearing it which is great because I walk my dog twice a day. I hope that it will give the sciatic nerve time to "calm down" and I will return to normal.

Appeared good quality but the sizing is confusing. Does not correspond to usual waist size. The size I ordered was too small and the Velcro hooks were rubbing on skin and so would cause irritation. Initially was going to cost me £3.99 to return to swap for a larger size. Superb customer service and they did it for free. Now await the replacement.

At the date of this review I’m 30, and my 89 year old dad walked better than me before I bought this back brace. I can feel immediate relief and it stops me limping because it improves my posture. After 1-2 hours you get sweet pain relief. I injured my lower back falling on a thread mill 6 years ago. I paid privately for osteopathy on & off throughout those years & they have never suggested ( I get why) but since I bought this it’s been amazing. I don’t mind spending on myself but this does the job so I only go for back treatment twice per month.

Die Lendenstütze wurde sehr schnell geliefert und bietet genau das, was sie soll bzw. was versprochen wird. Die Stütze ist bequem und bietet sehr guten Halt und Stabilisierung ohne die Bewegungsfreiheit einzuschränken. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I suffer from chronic severe back pain. When I wake up, the pain is so severe, that I can barely get out of bed. I do planks to help build my core to ameliorate the pain. I was somewhat dubious regarding back support belts. I saw this "Copper Back commercial on TV, but when I went to the reviews, it only got 3 stars. I looked for other back supports, and saw that this one had gotten 4 / 5 stars, & decided to try it out, & was BLOWN AWAY! I was able to bend & stoop with minimal to NO pain. I forgot that I had it on & went to sleep with it on. When I had awakened, I jumped up out of bed & noticed immediately, I HAD NO PAIN!! I was SHOCKED! My pain is ALWAYS SEVERE upon awakening. LOVE this support belt! I ordered another one the following day. It helps immensely while working out also.
