I had been shopping around for some-time now looking for a particular shield which could complete the job with no problems and exactly what it says. Looking for a shield slowly became a small-time hobby due to the vast selection out there and the mixed reviews. I found this item to have a good section of "Positives" and due to this, out came the Amazon credit card. This was purchased along with the Neewer NW002-1 Black Wind Screen Bracket Stand Holder which came from e-Bay. Sometimes a better way of shopping. To put these two products together was like Ying & Yang. Absolutely perfect and if you're sceptical about which stand to use or if your stand will be able to hold the strength. I would suggest this recommendation. (I'm not being paid for this). So to summarise, the Neewer NW002-1, Shield and Audacity and you're good to go for any voice over job. It was all placed into a big room with no sound-proofing and does the job perfectly with some tweaking via Audacity. This review is based on voice-over work but I'm sure it does a similar job with music too. Would I buy another one? Definitely. Keep up the good work Neewer.

I like it it’s more well built than I expected, like a tank actuallyMy problem is the tightening up of the two huge screws on the two brackets as they just don’t seem to tighten up, I need to find a spit washer to solve this. Other than that I can’t complain.

Used with K&M 233BK Table Microphone Stand, Blue Yeti and its shock mount. Perfectly stable, as shield which is set back from mic stand balances mic in its shock mount, which is set forward.

The media could not be loaded.  The adjustable specs of this product is a plus, its big, perfect for home recordings.

I my room doesn't have any acoustic treatment so this helps, but I would recommend adding acoustic foam around to boost the potential of this. Only thing is it's a bit annoying to set up.

It is a very good quality product. Well made and sturdy.It is worth making an effort to buy a good mic and sound absorption item for a better quality broadcast.
