These lights are truly beautiful. I love them. Easily bent around bushes in the garden. I plugged mine up to a timer so they come on automatically at 8pm and go off at midnight all year round at my front door. What makes these lights so brilliant are that they have a light switch button on the cord so would be great for inside the house around a headboard, mirror or fireplace as they can easily be switched on and off without having to to pull the plug out each time. These lights stay on all the time and have no twinkling or chasing function. These lights are more yellow than white but I prefer that as they're not so glaring as the bright white ones. This one string of lights went around two plants either side of my front door, underneath the door step and around a third plant (see pics). They're lovely and bright and welcoming. Seem to be good quality as outside lights (weathering and time will tell). I prefer the look of these to the traditional fairy light type. They're on a very thin cooper wire and look very discrete when they're not on. Fab lights at a fab price of £13.99.

Bought them for the christmas tree and then when that got taken down i've used them in the bedroom as a bedside light. Love the light that comes off them (warm and cozy) and they just look like a not unattractive, fairly invisible, copper wire during the daytime. Use them everyday now, and they still work as expected. Not super heavy duty, so may break down over time if you're putting them up and down for christmas, but i'm sure they'll last as well or better than others do. Only has OFF or ON, no twinkle modes etc, but if you're not after that they get 5 stars all the way.

I've only had them a week or so, so I can't speak on long term use but so far:Bright enough to light a room but not so much that the lights are blinding to look at. The lights aren't too yellow as some other reviews suggest, they aren't white but they do have a nice warm tone to them. The copper wire is so gorgeous, they do feel a bit fragile just due to how thin and dainty they are but they have a few kinks from where I unravelled them a bit aggressively and they haven't flickered or broken yet. The switch on the wire is a really nice touch. Very happy ☺️

I so wanted to leave a bad review with how much hassle these damn lights freaking caused every two seconds it would get tangled but that’s not the company's fault so it’s only fair I leave a honest review...Some lights aren’t working which would be the last about 30 maybe 40 think something wrong with its electrical apart from this I would recommend this product it’s really pretty and lights are just perfect leaving a 4* review because apart from being a little damaged it still useable

Very bright, warm lights the quality of them is very good and there is a big reel of lights. Would definitely recommend purchasing these if you want to make a room look cosy, as it makes my uni room look very nice.

One day's use I got out of these before the rain came down and disabled them.The plug is water resistant (despite the product info), IP44, and so are the lights (IP65) but the ON/OFF SWITCH between them ISN'T! Whoever designed these CLEARLY wasn't an Electrician: how can you claim it's for outdoors use? Where do I put the switch if I plug it into an external socket?Extremely annoyed. I am dealing with the retailer for a solution to this problem.As for versatility, it's made of very thin copper wires which allows you to shape it, which is good; but I'd advise caution as too much messing about with it will break the wires. I'd suggest using these for a more permanent installation rather than only getting them out once/year for a month at Christmas.Lighting levels are good: bright but not blinding, with an LED placed at approx 10cm intervals.Were it not for the mind-numbing stupidity of the switch design I'd give the whole product a minimum 4-star rating (I'm wary of breaking the copper wires).

I used these, outside, decorating my railings with greenery and hydranger heads, pine cones, etc. Despite torrential rain and wind, the lights shone out brightly and the whole decoration was beautiful until 6th January, when it was removed and put away for next year. I had to purchase another one because I was so pleased with it. Good Value for money.

We ordered these to replace an LED rope light that was way too bright and harsh. These are really versatile and the light is a warm (but not yellow) white and effective without being too bright. Great little product at a great price. We'll be ordering some more to brighten up those dark corner and accentuate our rooms as the winter night draw in.The copper cable is malleable and stays where you put it so we twisted ours around a spiral steel rod that looks great and not just for Christmas.
