Are the syringes individually wrapped?

Yes, individually wrapped & sterile. I used to administer vitamin drops to my premature baby after leaving hospital with a small supply of the syringes the hospital gave me. I even washed them & put them in my steriliser to get a few more uses out of each one.

Do these have caps on the end?

No . Just a syringe in a sealed pack . No needles either .
