on the 28 2d 4 pin light what position should the 9 little switches be in on the back plate

There are no switches on the back of this lamp. Insert the 4 pins into the fitting and turn on...

Mine doesnt say Orsam anywhere... neither on the box nor the bulb. is this normal or was i sold a fake?

If your product did not arrive in a green box clearly marked with the Osram logo and there are no markings on the lamp then it's not the genuine article...
