It's a high quality product that I have been using for months and will continue to do so. I love it as it has all natural ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow and are kind on the stomach. 3 ingredients (Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM) are in good proportions which is also very important if you expect results.I recommend to all who need a supplement for tissue and joint health.

Got this product because a previous, similar one is no longer available on Amazon. Have found that this product plus Bromelain helps with a femoral nerve problem caused by an operation on my leg 2 years ago. The anti inflammatory elements have helped and I am keen to prevent osteoarthritis, hence the glucosamine sulphate element of this supplement.

Noticed a big difference in joint movement since using Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM. Recommended to me as it means i can contiue Yoga with ease!. Takes a little while to build up in your system and take effect but continue, as it's worth it. I will continue to use it now. Easy to swallow with no side effects.

Had been taking a different brand of glucosamine for nearly a year for my knee joints and decided to check Amazon for a cheaper alternative. After comparing all available this seemed the best for high dosage of all three main ingredients vs competitive price. Yes you have to take five a day but they are very easy to swallow and not really an issue if you split the dosage up through the day. My knee pain has eased since taking a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement allowing me to continue exercising. You do have to be taking this type of supplement for quite a while to see the benefits so persevere.

This was advertised as high potency which is the reason for my purchase. I read the description thoroughly however, it was only after receiving the item, I noticed that you need to take 5 tablets per day. This is ridiculous. I'll get this supplement from Holland Barrat as usual next time.

Easy to swallow but misleading advert as it is not explained you have to take 5 of the tablets to receive the recommended daily dose. The tablets will not last long as having to take so many in one day.

I was a bit unsure if this product would make any difference to my 58 year old aching joints and I'm delighted to report it really has!!.Every morning when I get up I usually wince with the pain in my knees until I have been moving around for a while but not any more, I'm so happy to be virtually pain free and I have only been taking the capsules for a month!!. The capsules are quite big but are very light so I haven't had a problem swallowing them. I usually take 3 on a morning and 2 before bed. All in all an excellent product that I will continue taking!!.

Sono un massaggiatore da parecchi anni e da diverso tempo ho iniziato ad avere i primi fastidi da rizoartrosi. Vari prodotti, pur validi e con collagene, da farmacia si sono rivelati quasi inutili. Con questo prodotto, dopo soli 4 giorni ho avuto già notevoli miglioramenti. Favoloso. Ovviamente, leggendo altre recensioni, non si può contestare il fatto che il contenuto dichiarato preveda l'assunzione di 5 capsule, perchè, per avere 1,5 grammi di glucosamina, più gli altri componenti, dovrebbe essere grande come un quadrato di cioccolato!!

Aus den vielen Angeboten im Internet habe ich mir dieses Produkt herausgesucht. Es hat eine weitaus höhere Dosierung als die anderen Produkte. Ich habe schwere Arthrose im Rücken und in der Schulter. Ganz klar hat dieses Produkt dazu beigetragen, dass meine Arthrose sogar schmerzfrei zum Stillstand gekommen ist.Das Produkt alleine reicht natürlich nicht. Es gehört zum Gesamtpaket meiner bewussten Lebensumstellung:- Nahrungsergänzung (das o.a. Produkt, dazu noch Kollagen und Magnesium)- Nahrungsumstellung auf möglichst vegane Kost (funktioniert super, wenn man sich damit auseinandersetzt und ist sehr lecker! Ab und an gönne ich mir dennoch ein leckeres Steak ;-) )- Regelmäßigen Sport- Bei akuten Schüben gehe ich zur Amerikanischen Chiropraktik, die mein Orthopäde anbietet. Das ist der Knaller!!!Also ihr lieben Arthrose geplagten Mitmenschen, ich empfehle euch das o.a. Produkt gerne weiter.

I have been suffering with aching knees for a few years now. It is so bad that if I have been sitting for awhile, I can barely stand. And I can never just stand up and start walking. My ability to go up and, especially down, stairs has greatly diminished. I always feel like my knees are going to give out as I bend them. Of course I had heard of Glucosamine and Chondroitin for a long time. It was even prescribed for my dog, but I had never thought of taking it myself. I'm going on a cruise soon and thought I really don't want to draw attention to my awkward movements as I do the things others seem to do with ease. So, I checked on Amazon, because that's where I look for everything, and this brand was Amazon's pick. Besides the Glucosamine and Chondroitin, it has methylsulfonylmethane, a natural product from plants that helps relieve pain. All I know for sure is that I can move and step and squat like I haven't been able to do for a long time. And the effects are quick. I mean within an hour or so I could feel the difference. I don't know what the difference, one brand from the next, but this stuff works like a charm for me so I will stick with the one I know works.

Hace casi dos meses me detectaron condromalacia nivel II en la rodilla izquierda, he hecho recuperación con fisio, pero aún me dolía, me he comprado rodillera, pero aún me dolía, hice ejercicios de fortalecimiento del cuadriceps, pero aún seguí con molestias. Sin embargo, ha sido empezar con estas pastillas, las cuales llevo tomando una semana, y noto mejoría de forma cualitativa, vuelvo a correr y a jugar al futbol, además he de decir que las estoy tomando junto con Epaplus (colágeno + ácido hialurónico + magnesio), y ya me veo casi al 95%.
