Much too big to swallow ( for me)
These are apparently very good quality but they are much too big to swallow whole. Every time I try - I gag. Have tried wetting them first , crunching them up , breaking them in half . Just wish they made them smaller as I now dread taking them.

This is herbal based safe to use. And does help me with my arthritis. Would recommend to any one suffering with this problem.

Seems to work but huge
have trouble swallowing pills and these are huge. Cut in half I still have problems.But seems to work for knees

I didn’t feel any effects on my pains
It was recommended by a medical site without the brand name to get healed from joints and bones pains . With desperate need over 7 months horrible choking pains , I had released my money for this highly reputed tablets. It has all 3 I needed . I however had absolutely no effects after one bottle and found out another products worked to reduce pains . Some tablets even expensive have absolutely no effects and I had experienced quite a lot with vitamins. I would not buy this product again.
