Pregnancy Yoga with Tara Lee

I have been practising yoga for years. Now that I am pregnant, I ve gone through a few yoga practises and dvds and so far this Dvd and Tara’s practice worked the best for me. I go to her live class every Monday, and during the week I practice at home using her dvd program. I have tried few pregnancy yoga instructors throughout my pregnancy, I’m 35 weeks now, and she is the best by far. After her class you actually feel calm, relaxed and all of your aches and pains (and there are a lot) are gone. I couldn’t recommend her more. Very pleased I have found her and her dvd program that enables me to continue practising at home after her live class. My only suggestion is to use the whole of the program at once (and not just the 20 min one). Just from the beginning to the end and then relaxation - it does wonders, when you doing it right ;).

Love this dvd :)
Love this dvd!I used this throughout my pregnancy, from when I wasn't showing at all until my baby was 12 days overdue. There are so many different segments to choose from, which can be individually selected from the front menu. I particularly enjoyed the segment focused on the hips. Every move that might require an adaptation for the later stages of pregnancy has that adapation described and demonstrated by the heavily pregnancy lady on the cover. Everything is described by the calming voice-over and is very easy to follow. I'm now enjoying the postnatal session that is also included in this DVD. Would highly recommend :)

Wouldn't go a week without it
It took me a while to get in to this dvd as it seems a bit slow at the start. However now I can't live without it. Everytime I stop doing it for acouple of days my back and hip pain return. You can do the full sequence for slow mobilisation and stretching or the faster 20 minute sequence. The relaxation is effective and the KG hypnobirthing is fantastic

Great
I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and thought I’d give this a go as the reviews are so good. It did not disappoint. I’m not usually one for yoga but it’s so relaxing and really gets you to connect the breath with the movement. I have yet to try the hypboborthing section but nonetheless great purchase. Will definitely be using this up to birth.

Good choice for pregnancy yoga at home
I found it difficult to find a regular pregnancy yoga class at a time that suited me, so purchased this on Prime. I have a couple of other Tara Lee Yoga DVDs which have been good.I really liked how there was a range of segments that you could pick and choose from. So I could do a 20 minute gentle workout and then some relaxation. Or concentrate on my back and hips. I liked the pelvic floor exercises as I usually struggle with these and she made it more accessible. There is a 20 min energising sequence that I’ve not tried as I was already in my third trimester when I purchased this.It was easy to follow, although I sometimes had to pause whilst I got into position. Most importantly I felt good after doing the sequences, giving me both energy and calmness.I’m glad I bought it on Prime too as it meant I could watch it from my phone or TV in different rooms.

Very impressed, information and nice and relaxing.
I am new to yoga but was recommended pregnancy yoga by a friend (this is my first pregnancy!). This yoga DVD gives you time to go through each move without overloading, there are two people doing the poses to show the variations. I found it very relaxing and although I’m still early I was struggling with my back, I feel great after just one session of this DVD so looking forward to doing this throughout my pregnancy.

Perfect to awaken a tired pregnant body
Loved this dvd when I purchased in 2016 for my first pregnancy. Very nice workout with relaxation and hypnobirthing section, which I found useful. I am now using again for my second pregnancy with ‘assistance’ from my 2.5 year old. The 20 minute move is perfect to do first thing in the morning and really helps me feel stretched and my body awakened for the day. Love it

Great, would recommend. It's easy to follow and nicely paced with easier options throughout if you have pain or trouble with particular movements. Easy to use for a quick 10 min-stretch or a longer workout that combines different sections. There are specific sections for hips, back, shoulders & neck, breathing etc.
