Great value
I bought this book as the books at our local gallery were very expensive. I read it with my 5 year old and she was fascinated - we have plans to create a Jackson Pollock of our own, outside and when the weather is warm! I'd recommend having it on the shelf for children to pick up when they feel like it, it's a great introduction to artists.

An interesting and educational read
My 7 year old nephew was very interested when I gave him this for his birthday. He started looking at the the different paintings and sculptures straight away, and asking questions.

great book for little artists
after studying various artists at school bought this for my boys aged 7 and 9, they love it , it has inspired them to create their own art and prompts interesting discussions on the artists motives, We would definitely reccomend

very good book
great range of art in this book, one of the best i've seen, and not just for kids. page per painting on average which is enough to get them started, with comparisons to make and things to look for.

Bezt educational children 's art book
Book bought for 11 year old great nephew who loves art. It enteanced him. Christmas fun quietened as he read through the book. It is beautifully presented and encourages a child to thonk and ask questions. Highly recommended for 10/11 upwards.
