My experience with the mouse:1) I connected the mouse to the computer, the pretty lights turned on but the mouse didn't move. I tried with another computer with the same result. I emailed the company, but didn't hear back. I returned the mouse and got my money back.2. After 2 weeks (it was holiday season to be fair) a representative contacted me, apologized, and sent me a free mouse. The new mouse worked fine!I would like to command this company for their help in solving the problem and concern for customer satisfaction and, of course, providing good products.

This company was great. I received my first one and it malfunctioned pretty much within a couple of hours of having it. It was still somewhat useable but with a rattle and something had come loose inside. I messaged the seller and they apologized and immediately sent out a replacement. I received the replacement very quickly. Would definitely recommend, plus it's a very pretty mouse. :)

After using a compact mouse for some time it seemed strange switching back to this full size wired gaming mouse by Havit. Saying that, it is so easy to use. Being plug and play you just plug it in to a USB socket and away you go, no drivers needed. It has 7 different rotating colours or they can be switched off. There is a DPI button with 4 levels and each linked with a colour, I chose 2400 (blue) with the default value being 1200DPI (green). Apart from not being able to select just a single colour, this is a likeable mouse and great for the price.

This mouse is a lot bigger than I expected it to be, probably a little too big for my hand if I'm being honest. That said, I like the placement of the two button by my thumb, really good for online games. The mouse itself is a soft touch type feel and is comfortable. There's a button on top you can use to set the speed of the cursor, you've got 4 options. The colors change on their own.I'd be really happy with this mouse if I had slightly larger hands but being a fairly petite woman it's just slightly big for me.

This mouse works perfectly on my windows 10 computer. It has no delay on the color changing. But the only disappointment with this product is that you can not keep a color on still mode but works perfectly fine and the mouse movement is fast and no delays with any thing at all. My son just needed a new mouse for his computer, was thinking of a wireless one but then would need batteries, he loves the look of this and changed colour. It's a good mouse that has a button to change the DPI which changes the speed but I found 1200 which is the default is about right. Maybe a bit faster is better for gaming. Would recommend and great for the price.

Really like the way this mouse works. I really enjoy the different colours in which it flows and also the fact that I can change the sensitivity so easily. Does the job really well and for an amazing price.

Looks great and performs well. Good long cable. My only criticism is there seems to be an issue with the driver when it comes to controlling the mouse from waking the PC out of sleep mode. I tried unchecking 'wake from sleep' checkbox in the power properties of the device (Win 10) and it allows me to uncheck it OK and remembers my choice but just ignores it completely so the slightest touch will still wake the computer from sleep mode which forces me to shut down the PC each time. A little annoying as other mouse devices seem to deal with this request fine.
