Brilliant set, got 2 of them

Purchased in 2016 and used it to build an extensions, shed, decking, renovate bathroom etc over the last 10 years.. Still 90% of the pieces are serviceable and are in use. Spirit level is also dead on accurate. I suggest purchasing a carbide bit set from Bosch to compliment this kit so you are sorted for life. Top tip: Spray bits with Silicone grease so they are easier to remove from their plastic holder. Otherwise they are a bit too tight in place. Random tip: Use the same silicone spray on your seatbelts for smoother action. Another random tip: Clean your wiper blades with the same spray once a year for 5x blade life.

Love the drillset as it's practically an all in one. Sold at a very smart price. Keep up the good work 👍.

Bought this thinking it’s Makita but was little disappointed with the bits not fitting in the slots. All drill bits have a little notch to keep them in place but I have to push each drill bit with both hands to put back after the use. The drill bits and the rest of the bits are of good quality and since they come with a storage box Makita could have designed it little better.

Amazing handy kit to have round the house and the value for money is just as good. Obviously if you spend more money you'd get something that would last long but we're talking about price here which I don't think you can beat for what you get. Recommended for your typical house hold DIY jobs.

Great set, replacing my last one which I've had for years, and stupidly left out in the rain open for days and found it rusting. When looked after will last a long time

Bought this for my daughter who has just got her own flat, really useful bits of kit in this set.. Packs away into the case so can be stored away without taking up too much space

I really like Makita kit and have a fair few from their 18V power tools range, being a keen DIY-er who wanted some better quality tools. That being the case, when I wanted a new drill-bit set I looked at this one and went for it when it was discounted in a sale thinking that the Makita brand stood for quality, offering professional tools and accessories. From the start I have been disappointed. The case is badly made and hardly fits the drill bits at all. The best I've managed most of the time is forcing the bits half into their slots and I often open the case to find them loose. The metal screwdriver bits seem weaker and have been more likely to break than a budget set from an unknown brand that I bought to replace the broken ones. I've got a Makita SDS bits set, that feels like it could last forever and has a nice metal and foam case for the bits. It's in a different league to this budget waste of money and is probably partly why I'm so disappointed - because I had expected quality and got rubbish. All in all it seems that even a great brand like Makita can do a rubbish budget line. Avoid.

Très bon coffret pour moins de 40 euros. C' est notre second coffret. Chaque pièce s' use bien-sûr et spécialement les forêts. Ceux ci ne vont pas jusqu' 10,attention : les plus gros en mèches a fer et a bois sont en 6.5... Pour.percer dehors en chevilles de 8,cela ke convient pas ,soyez vigilants ... Le coffret lui même n est pas de très très bonne qualité et les outils soit sont difficiles à insérer du premier coup soit ne tiennent pas très bien ..... Le porte embout magnétique est facile d utilisation et il tient bien. Mis à part cela ,ce coffret est très opérationnel pour les petits travaux d'intérieur.
