This brand is recommended by my rheumatologist. It is a good product.

For several years my doctor told me that I had low Vitamin D and should work on raising it. I did some research and found that these are a good quality Vit D supplement that your body can absorb. Are several months of taking these I had my blood work done and my Vit D levels were normal. I take 1 every morning with my meds and breakfast. I swallow them whole so the quality of taste is N/A for me. I am so glad that I added these to my daily regimen especially before these last two years with the pandemic.

No pharmacy in Jamaica dont have vitamin d So this was a plus for me when I got this i love the feel it give my body

Good for price...

I found out from some blood work that my vitamin D was basically none existent. I ordered these, and have been taking them for 6 weeks now. All I can say is "WOW'. I can not believe the difference. I have absorption issues, and these are working great. No issues with my GERD. I highly recommend these vitamins. I feel like a new person. I was just thinking for the last 8 months it was just my age and getting older. I feel 20 years younger. Great product.
