These are very intense and take my breath away. My husband can use this and do a deep massage and get them to stop. In the past I had to just wait them out. But I only gave it a 4 because the smell is so strong. He mentioned he had to wash his hands 2-3 times to get rid of the smell. I welcome it because I know it is working. It might stop some people from using it as often as they could or should. The Naturalpath my grandson (15 years old) sees prescribed it for growing pains in his legs. There might be something less expensive out there with less smell but I was desperate to find some relief. This gives it so I am dealing with the rest.
