Great
I love smoking meat and so does my family. We needed a slicer and been looking for a while. This one came up on discount and I had to get it, it is a solid bit of kit, cut meat lovely and fast. No lag like some machines. Easy to clean. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

Don't use on hot meat.
Quick delivery and well packaged. Easy set up and easy to keep clean. Quite flimsy and lightweight. Ok for your once a week roast. Bread blade a waste a time. After one loaf it struggled not to hack at the bread. Meat slices nice and even with variable thickness. It doesn't glide through hot/warm meat very well, best to use it on cold meat.

Good little domestic tool
Using this for home cured meats in the main. Cuts beautifully. Thickness adjuster is a little stiff but not a problem. Due to size of it the sliding plate doesn't have a lot of travel so long strips of meat would be an issue but I have planned the size of the bacon's I've cured with this limiting factor in mind. Easy to dissemble for cleaning, just need to take a lot of care when handling the blade.

Cleaning instructions wrong
Used once on cold meat and it worked very well. Cleaning was easy once I worked out that the cleaning instructions in the manual were for a different machine.
