Q: How many packs come with an order?

One pack comes with the order. The description says "Just toss a single packet into the fire." The package says that three packets are recommended. It's impossible to use three packets if you "Just toss a single packet into the fire." So don't trust their advertising. I've seen (and bought) this for $10 for a twelve pack on the Internet. That includes shipping.
