How big was the package. Will it fit through letterbox?

Probably not; the package (product plus parcel box) has a height of about 5 cm.

And what about the white blue box then ? if the dark blue is american and pink box for european market then why do we see a white and light blue box ?

Pink box has pre filled applicators, blue box has tube of goo with applicators you fill yourself. Major faff. Product not eligible for return via amazon so make sure you know what you're buying.

Why does it require applicators and does it mean you can only use it 9 times?
