From what I read elsewhere, since 2010 the Bialetti products have been manufactured in China and Romania. They are then assembled in Italy which allows them to be stamped “made in Italy”.

What size coffee tamper is recommended? Is 51mm ok or too small?

Tbh, I’ve just been using the spoon that I put the coffee in with to tamp it down. However, if you really feel the need to get one, a 54/55 mm will suffice.

No you can't. The result would be horrible. 3 cups however means 3 shots of espresso. Therefore u can use 1/3 of the coffee now and leave the rest aside. After a couple of hours just top up the coffe you left aside with hot water and you will have a piping hot Americano.

could i make a latte with the coffee if i put some milk in a saucepan, warmed it and added the coffee to it, also what strength ground coffee is best
