Help to lose weight

I have only been using these for a week.. I only had a stone to shift and I have already lost a whole 7lbs in the last 7days!! I haven't changed my eating as I'm already a very healthy eater. Nor have I added any energetic exercise routines to my days either, as I am already running on my feet constantly as the norm at work. I take 1 tablet with my cereal and toast in the morning, 2 with a light lunch and 3 with my dinner. The only change to my diet is that I do drink far more water now as I was anxious to avoid some of the unpleasant side effects that I'd heard of on other reviews here. And so I'm drinking approximately 3ltr's of water daily now instead of the odd cup of tea or glass of juice. And so I can confirm that after 7 days of taking these tablets, the only side effect that I am noticing is regular visits to the loo for a pee, due to the extra water. Other than that, I'm perfectly fine! No bloatedness, discomfort, constipation or any other such side effects.On the whole I would recommend these as a diet boost for those, that like myself, have reached a Plato on their path to fitting into their old jeans again.. for me, I dropped a dress size in a week and have far more energy for my role at work.. And I have every reason to believe that I will reach my goal in the next week or so with these diet aids to push me along.

I bought these pills did everything it said to do on the box, including signing up for the website and following the set diets and worked out an hour a day, I feel like these pills are a waste of money to be honest with you. I could have done it on my own like I did last year, I feel like these are just a placebo and help motivate you into sticking with the diet routine. I found the website more helpful than the actual diet pills.

I have tried using Alli a couple of times before and felt terribly dizzy and light headed with it. Eventually I ended up trying Phentermine as well which made me moody and raised my body temperature terribly. So eventually I researched new products and came accross Litramine. I found it very helpful that XLS Medical has a 7 day trial pack to try first, at least it won't cost you an arm and a leg. So I tried it and not once did I feel ill from it, thirsty, aggitated or too hot, I have felt fine. Eventually I purchased a pack of 180 tablets to see me through my last stretch of weightloss to reach my target weight as I reached a plateau. XLS medical took a couple of weeks to really kick in, I have stopped snacking between meals which has been a major problem of mine, but it has also reduced my sugar and carb cravings. It is no miracle product to weight loss, there is no such thing in the world, but it has been very helpful along with my healthy eating and I excercise 2-4 times a week for 1 hour at a time. I would most definately recommend this, but remember, this alone will not do the job as good as when you are making lifestyle choices and improving your diet and activity.

I only took this product for two days, couldn't go to the loo, and for a week had really bad stomach pains. I stopped taking them, and got rid of the product. I see some people say it works for them, and if it does great. I wish I had read the reviews FIRST. Let that be a lesson to me.This product gave me really bad wind, which I think was the problem as the leaflet says it contains trace amounts of oxalic acids, which are found in many other green vegetables. The leaflet says that as the fat fibre complex is too big to be absorbed by the small intestine, it is eventually excreted from the body.I think the key word here is EVENTUALLY.

I only purchased 1 weeks supply of this product just in case there were side effects. There were NO side effects and after only 1 week of taking this in conjunction with the XLS Carb Blocker I noticed weight loss. I had no side effects, no buzz, no shaking and a reduction in the bloated full feeling I usually have. I'll be buying the bigger box next time.
