Ideal for what I need it forFirst one I got would not charge up sent it back but say they have not received it so been charged for it

Buy something else
This is a terrible tool, the battery does not charge and when I get enough charge to run the tool then the trigger does not work.If you are looking for a tool that works then look elsewhere. In the times that I have used this all of them result in numerous profanities being expleted an me reverting back to hand tools which; at least, do the job they were designed to do!!On the plus side the tool does work as a paper weight and can hold a door open, stopping it from slamming shut (an annoyance in everyday life we can all agree), with an ease that is just so hard to come by these days!! For everything else you would like to do with this tool it is of no use to you whatsoever.....Thumbs down

very poor quality
I have had 2 of these impact wrenches now and have returned both of them as faulty. The wrench itself is not bad quality but the batteries and charger are not upto the job, in both cases the batteries have failed to be charged after the initial use rendering the tool useless.

Its very good same one before due to the power packs not chargeing cheaper to buy complete unit than it was to buy charger and batteries . it works very well and always has done

Poor Quality
Used to simply undo LOOSENED wheel nuts daily. Second one I’ve had as I thought the first one failed due to getting wet as battery ran low after only a few uses. This time it seems to be a faulty trigger/direction switch. Now it only works intermittently. Next to zero torque too hence having to crack the bolts first with a breaker bar. Wouldn’t buy one again.
