Absolutely loved this case! I am usually fond of Apple cases, having owned both silicon and leather versions for my old iPhone 6, and I find them excellent for everyday use. Ordered this one for my new iPhone 8 out of curiosity and I must admit I had a very pleasant surprise. First of all, the material is superb. Soft to the touch, non-sticky, with a lovely matte texture. Slides easily in the pocket, but does not feel slippery in the palm. Does not attract lint and dust, and fingerprints do not show at all. The case is easy to install and remove from the phone in a snap, while providing a very snug and secure fit at the same time. The buttons are comfortable to press, with excellent response; it almost feels as if you press the naked phone's buttons. Aesthetically Karapax Touch is very pleasing, a nice tint of dark grey with a just-right amount of transparency, perfectly following the iPhone's lines without adding any visual distractions. Little details all over show how well thought-out and designed this case is –such as the dotted pattern in the inside, which provides protection to the back surface of the phone and prevents it from sticking to the soft plastic, the glossy patches on both sides that provide a secure grip, the nice little ridge surrounding the camera pit. Sturdy raised edges protect the front of the phone all around, providing peace of mind in case of face-down falls. While this case is not meant to provide extreme shielding for intense outdoor activities, as is clearly stated in the product description, it appears to offer more than ample protection from everyday wear and tear and the occasional slip to the floor, while at the same time adding minimal bulk and weight to the phone. Overall, this seems like an ideal everyday case for the iPhone that manages to please in every way.

I'm a very big fan of Anker products because they are high quality, durable and stylish. This case is no exception.It arrived in a smart box which was easy to open. My iPhone 8 is very snug and secure inside the case whilst at the same time it is easy to get it in and out when needed. The volume and power buttons are fantastic, it's easy to feel where they are, there is no resistance when pressing them and there is good feedback - it is almost as if there was no case on the iPhone. The case is slimmer than previous Anker cases I've had in the past for older iPhones, yet it somehow feels safer and more durable. It is very comfortable to hold with a mixture of matt texture on most of the case but some grippy glossy strips on the edges to prevent slipping.I recommend this product!

After trying two other brands (rigid cases) which wouldn’t fit, I took a punt on this one fitting the i8 even though it seems that a lot of cases other than those from the apple store are for the i7 yet advertised as for the i8. Some fit, some don’t. This one DOES fit the i8 perfectly. I also wanted something that gives protection to the handset, edge raised higher than the glass screen but still subtle, not bulky. I still want the phone to look like an iPhone. This case is superb. It’s see through enough to see the logo’s etc on the back. The buttons are protected but still work perfectly. It’s grippy enough for me as it’s faintly textured. You hardly notice it’s on.I LOVE IT.

I already owned Anker Cable/Adaptor products so was already familiar with their robust industrial tech design at very reasonable prices.I spent a long long time reading case reviews all over the web and on youtube and was so relieved to finally find this case for my new iPhone 7.It looked like it checked all the boxes for me and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived.These checkboxes are:-(1). Substantial lip above the screen edge to protect the screen when the phone is laid flat on the front.(2). Fits like a glove (I have iPhone 7) but easy to get on and off.(3). The grip is good overall with extra grip areas on sides at lower half. Solid confident feel and the matt finish is pleasing in the hand.(4.) VERY accurate cutouts for speakers, connector and mute switch.(5.) Super tactile feel button press for volume and power. This is done by using a slightly thinner translucent material in these areas.(6) Protection for drops and dings - it's not designed to protect from high drops or use on a construction site but it's perfect for general use.(7) Looks great with white iPhone7 - the dark grey matte semi-transparent PTU looks so classy. See the photos. I think the black iPhone would work well also.If you think about it - it makes sense that a company that designs cables, chargers, connectors etc would put the same amount of thought into the practicality of case design/use and come up with a winning formula.The folks at Anker have designed a modern clean user-friendly practical and robust case using the latest techniques and materials. Nothing has been overlooked. The quality shines through.

This case does not make your phone any heavier or bulkier. I've dropped my phone twice since having it and it has not done any damage to the phone, however it scruffs up easily but these marks are not easily noticed. If you are buying this case, protection should not be your number one priority as it is so slim. It does not show fingerprint marks so it looks clean 24/7. The matte design is translucent so the apple logo is just visible through it. Overall brilliant case as it does its job well

I’ve had iPhones for the last 6 years and in that time I have had many cases. Quite often I would find description of the case I am buying quite wrong compared to what I actually received in respect to quality and materials. I have to say this case is the best iPhone case I have ever purchased. It’s slim, it has a great feel and durability. If you take it on and off your phone it doesn’t lose its shape. Most importantly it protects your phone perfectly. Would highly recommend this case to anyone.
