When I ordered this product I kind of expected it look look cheap however when It arrived the product was in secure packaging and looks expensive.I've bought this for my desk at work and it fits nicely making my desk that little more professional looking.The product comes with a wire but no plug. In the office this isn't a problem however the wire is short so if I were to take it home this may be a problem and I will have to buy a longer wire.The only improvement I would make on this product is that on the dock itself there is no on/off switch... I like to also use this as a stand for my phone however I don't want it charging all day so I have to unplug it every time I don't want it to charge. If there were a on/off switch on the stand then it would be absolutely fantastic.Not even Samsung has that feature on their wireless charger.If the product has a on/off switch it would be really useful.It is a great product, delivered on time so no faults - Thank you seller!

This QI charger is a sleek design which appears totally functional.. it works out of the box. The design means that any phone can be used whilst charging. Very little adjustment is needed to ensure phone charges whilst on the base. A blue light indicates the unit is on standby and when a suitable phone is put on, the light goes green ( and in the case of an iPhone stays green even when charged- other phones don’t evidently - but it says this in the instruction). The unit is fairly rapid at charging, I can’t compare it to a cable since I have used this unit exclusively. Do I like it? Yes.. would I buy it agin.. Yes.. was it delivered fast with no hassle.. yes..Follow up email from vendors asking if I was happy with product....One last thing.. important too... if you have a case or bumper on your phone it has to be really around 2mm to allow the charge to penetrate, any thicker and you will struggle. My iPhone Xs with thin bumper works great, but then I read up first before buying that bumper/case

Easy to use, works even through my phone's case which I didn't expect it to, (samsung 9+). Never needs to be repositioned and no wait at all for it to work. Just place it on, the light changes from blue to green to let you know it's working and it begins to charge. Simple. The charge time is maybe kind of slow compared to a standard plug socket but not enough to warrant going back to normal "plug charging". This is much more convenient. If someone calls whilst I am lay in bed, I just have to look round to see who it is...easy to check on the time, because it's displayed rather than being flat down on the bedside table. I play music using the charger as well as it looks smart in the living room rather than just having a phone lay on the side playing tunes. Good buy. I've used it every night since Christmas to charge my phone and had no issues at all so far in over three months and counting.

Bought this to use on my bedside table and it looks really stylish and understated, much better than a trailing lead! there is a light on the front of the unit that illuminates when charging. As I am one of those people that needs complete darkness to sleep this was off putting to begin with, but one strip of electrical tape later and no more light! not sure why you need a light to tell you its charging when the phone will tell you but its more my own preference than a design issue. works perfectly well with my iPhone XR even in its case. the phone sits nicely in the cradle and doesn't feel like it would fall off. it charges reasonably quickly although I have never really timed this, I place my phone on the stand before bedtime and in the morning it is fully charged. unit doesn't seem to get hot either. if you want to chare your phone wirelessly then this product is definitely a well priced contender.
