but they gave me a terrible upset tummy
I tried these for a few weeks and unfortunately didn't agree with me. I persevered, but they gave me a terrible upset tummy, cramps and caused a irregular heartbeat. I have now had to stop them , so wasted money as still have some left. I did lose a very little bit of weight, but that is only because of the upset tummy after everything i ate went straight through me.

I use African Mango Complex with Raspberry Ketones and low carb diet and still loosing weight same way as before taken them. Less amount of capsule than indicated. Quick responds from customer service.
