A plastic part on the arm of my rotary clothesline has broken again, used another glue, would loctite be better?

Firstly clean old glue off, apply loctite to joint, hold in position until fuses then apllynteo splints either side and bind tightly. Leave for 5 minutes.

Does this glue have a gel-like or a liquid consistency?

Sort of somewhere in between. But more towards the liquid end of the spectrum.

Trying to glue a GU10 lamp holder - how heat resistant is this product?

Sorry I don't know. I used it to stick the spout of a soap dispenser so no heat was involved.

Would this work on a rubber elbow, been glued to plastic condensate trap?

Can't remember if the glue is good for waterproof jobs if it is then it should be ok
