Does it have a crease

The mat itself is very smooth and my version (L: 320x250x2mm) was packaged flat without marks of any kind. It rolls up nicely into a bag if that's what you're after; also the border is tightly stitched and makes it seem very unlikely that the top will peel off like those cheap "your picture here" mouse mats.

if i order the 900 version will it have a big crease on it

I doubt it. It should come rolled up. But, I only have the smaller version. So can't really say.

Is this machine washable

I don't know if you can put it in the machine but know you can hand wash it because my son has spilt milk on it twice so I wiped it down with washing up liquid and water to rinse off.

Is it waterproof or spill-proof?

No. It also collects crumbs and shows them up as does all black cloth. You'll need to wipe the mat down with a damp lint free cloth every month or so to keep it looking pristine. Either that or not eat nor drink at your desk...
