What is the difference between this one and the heliocare regular one?

My seems to be roughly a year from when I purchased. It is a “Best Before” date rather than a “Use Before”.

Is this item easy to use

It is a pill that you take twice a day. So as long as you take the morning one with breakfast and remember to take one with you for after lunch/early afternoon, then it is a easy as drinking a glass of water.You still have to use sun screen, but it has helped me tolerate sun much better.
