The last one I bought was a solid mass and not scoopable. Anybody get one recently that's still powder?

It appears that during the filling process the auto-fill may have had a glitch causing the lid to be exposed a little too long to the air. Leaving the lid off for a period of time would cause it to harden. If this is what happened the solution is quite simple: you should be able to use a fork to break it apart and once you have broken it apart you can turn the fork over and “mash it” down then secure the lid. It will not effect the dissolving issue and we apologize for this inconvenience. We will happily send you a complete refund for the inconvenience we have caused you.
