Question for the manufacturer ~ Is this product completely NON-gmo and/or organic?

Searching their website, I can't see anything about yeast and GMO. But this product on Amazon (the Mini-Flakes) seems to be NOT organic, as the Frontier listings for yeast have another type that IS labeled as organic, and it's more than twice the price. I LOVE Frontier products and am interested in purchasing the Yeast for baking purposes. Is the Frontier Nutritional Yeast Flakes for baking?

Nutritional Yeast is different from baking yeast that you make bread with...it’s more of an umami savory flavor addition that adds some cheesiness without using dairy or overly processed vegan cheeses. If you need baking yeast, search “active yeast” instead. Hope that helps!

Is this product Gluten Free?

The very first sentence in the description clearly says it’s grown on BEET and CANE molasses – that’s “What molasses”
