A recent illness caused my protein levels to drop considerably, and my hair started falling out. I used a combination of Biotin and MSM. My hair is back to normal thickness and my nails are strong and growing faster which is a bit of a pain because I have to file them more often. I remember years ago using MSM without Biotin to grow my nails and it worked then as well. I cant comment on pain relief because I've never used MSM for pain relief. But If Lindens say they are effective for pain relief, then I would tend to believe them . I have other painkillers that are far stronger. I Do Recommend Lindens as a brand because it is based in the UK and are always delivered on time in packaging that comes through the letterbox and is easy to reuse. I have never had problems swallowing pills. Having said that, the MSM pills are large, but they seem to be very very smooth and shaped (tailored) if you can use such a word to describe a pill?) to be able to go down easily. Some large pills are chunky and difficult to swallow. These are not. Hope this helps someone.

I don't really know if these help or not, sometimes I think they do and sometimes not. I think when taken regularly they help nails and hair, and probably help a bit with knees too.

Ok, so bought my first pack 3 months ago and taking 1×1000mg tablet once a day, it seemed like they were doing some good. Last week I ordered my second pack and decided to increase to the recommended 2×1000mg daily dose. One day later the insomnia started. A day after that I started suffering the most horrendous anxiety symptoms; shaking, jittery, sweating and panic symptoms. At first I didn't know what caused these problems but by a process of elimination I came to the increase in MSM. Before I made the change I had googled the safe dose of MSM and apparently you can take up to 15g without any issues so I didn't suspect this to be the culprit. After googling again, specifically asking 'Does MSM cause anxiety?', I came across a forum where many people discussed experiencing exactly the issues that I am experiencing. That was yesterday, so I've stopped taking them. If my symptoms subside in a few days I'll know for sure that they are the cause. Right now it's only a very strong suspicion. Use with caution is all I can say at the moment.

These are a white, tasteless tablet. They are big, but you can break them. I take these for my acne, I can't say for sure if they work because I'm having a breakout as I write this. I have hormonal acne, it has helped, but not cleared it. Nice surprise these made my nails longer and stronger. My hair is longer and softer, I haven't changed any hair products. I was surprised these had a big impact on my hair. I have noticed my bones don't ache as much. Msm tablets are the only source of sulphur I get in my diet, overall I do recommend this product

No se si es casualidad, pero siento la piel sobretodo de la cara mucho mejor. Lo que no me gusta de esta marca, es que no trae mucha más información, podría hacer un folleto para explicarnos todos sus productos de manera más detallada, la información se encuentra en su sitio web, pero me gusta más leerlo en papel.

Je n'ai pas constaté une pousse plus importante de mes cheveux mais je fais moins d'acné (ma peau est plus équilibrée) et ai eu moins de crise de rhumatismes.
