I paid extra money to have the workshop installed the dash cam for me as i like to keep the wiring hidden and neatly. Used it for days now but haven’t got a chance to drive during the dark hours yet, so far the daylight video capturing are great and it has wide angle view for real, therefore no complaints. I read few very negative reviews here, fortunately I haven’t see those problem in my dash cam (hopefully not going to happens).When I got a chance to drive at night, I would update and upload a clip or night vision picture to share the experience of using this dash cam during the dark hours.The menu is pretty intuitive and easy to adjust according your perception. Honestly, for the price with this quality of dash cam, I’m satisfied.One down side is you have to get a micro sd or tf card for the recording. The memory card doesn’t comes along with the dash cam.

I will be very honest in description. First of all the design is very futuristic, large display and handy buttons for recording and taking photos, size is just right and and plenty of cable to feed from it to the power supply. I'm using it in my lorry as a permanent camera .Menu is easy to access and work with, I have put and 16 Gb mini sd card , class10 it takes, as far as I'm aware it can take 32 Gb as well but I only have a 16Gb. It records in loops of every 3 minutes my setup, so the old files can be deleted and record the new ones over . I've found the download is easy and it records every detail on the road , like number plates car make and model, good lenses as is full hd 1080 pixels. It records very well on night time as well couldn't believe it myself.I'm very happy with my camera as I rely on it on the road as my witness in case of a event.Good quality sound and pictures it gives this dash cam a great value for money.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I was looking for a cheap dash cam. And find this one. I see alot of positive reviews and purchased it. Simple and easy to use. The power cable has a decent length to it so it would be possible to route it around the edge of the dashboard to keep it out of the way. I was really impressed that the second cabble have usb. When i connect this camera to PC the quality really great, photos not same but it's not a photo camera. I've been able to read number plates of cars going past with no problems. So i'm reccomend this camera for them who don't wanna spend alot money and who want nice image quality.

To fit this one in my partner's car it took me abouth 10 minutes. it's a really small and well designed dash cam but its more important how easy to use, basically once it's been fitted this we never have to touch it again, will automatically start to record as soon as the engine starts to run. Daytime picture quality is stunning and crystal clear and the night vision/recording also meets my high standards.

At the time of writing this unit has been in my car for around 8 weeks. The mount pivot has become very loose, so now the whole thing wobbles when the car moves. Keeping it pointed at the road is impossible. To date I have received no help from amazon or the manufacturer despite several emails to both. The mount is not great in hot weather and presents a real danger to driving when the whole thing lands in your lap with no warning...Update - Crosstour have sent a revised mount for the screen which works much better and has a locking nut to constrain the movement.I am actually quite pleased with it now!

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a dash cam for a while now, especially with some of the scams which seem to be so prevalent on our roads just now. This dash cam is great with all the functions available. One of the best things is its size. It is not obtrusive and does not obstruct you field of view, another great benefit while driving. The camera can be adjusted to get the best view of the road depending on where you place it. With a fairly long power lead there are no cables floating around with the possibility of getting caught in the gear stick etc. The setup is simple; insert an SD card (I use a class 10, 32gb micro SDHC card with no problems) plug in, turn on the ignition and away you go. For such a small camera the display is second to none, crisp and clear. Plugging into my computer the devise is recognised without any problems. Picture quality is impressive as is the sound quality even when driving in the dark. A great piece of apparatus and well worth the purchase.

I was a bit hesitant to order this actually it being so many 5* reviews but using it for the first time today I can kind of see why ! Easy to operate, picture and video quality clear as day, what more could you want from a dash cam ! The only bad point are (settings which can be changed) when the cam turns off through ‘inactivity’ you have to startbrecording all over again. Also the actual charger seems a tight firbin my cig lighter so ive had to use one that. Has to be plugged in to work but its the same with a satnav. Its a very good but small size so not distracting
