would i be able to use it for my hair as im 14 and have not yet developed a mustache

I use this for my sons hair on his head so if that's what you meant yes it's a good comb for head hair

The comb is fixed in place and not removable.

Would this be suitable as a moustache comb as the others are too small for my partners hands.

It could be suitable because the comb is narrower than a normal comb, so quite small with the added bonus of the handle.No moustaches in our house hold to be able to say for definate though.
