Great supplement to use as natural anti inflammatory, also keeps my hair/nails/skin in tip top condition & growing well. Hi. I don’t usually write reviews. But this time is worth it. At First excuse my English and spelling. Will do my best. I use to suffer from veri bad back and hips pain. Iam only 42. Should not have this problems yet. Had to take many painkillers every day. 8 years :( When I start using MSM powder with vitamin C, my PAIN WAS GONE WITHIN ONE WEEK. I don’t take any pils any more. So happy. Taking one tea spoon every night. I also use MSM powder mix it with aloe vera gel. You can than use it as cream on your face, hair or back pain. Any pain. Please tell about this MSM to your friends, family. Is shame that doctors let you suffer with pain and don’t tell you about simple sulution. Please share ;) Jana

Appears to be a quality product from its packaging. To my taste it is not very pleasant rather bitter even with fruit juice but this maybe unavoidable. Health claims remain to be seen.

One of the best MSM I've ever had. I always knew myself by having enormous pops all over my body, especially on the shoulders...And honestly, after a while taking this, they reduced a lot, even though I still work out as I used to. I first bought this product to help with "pops", making other nutrients bioavailable, and also because of the importance of meeting your sulphur requirements. One of the things I noticed is that after a while taking this product, my knees and shoulders were not popping as much. I also believe that this could play some major rule on inflammation. The taste is incredibly bitter and something you should definitely try getting used to it. Try to mix it with something sweet or loads of water if you can't face the taste. It is definitely worth it as far as pain reduction and inflammation! Very happy with the product and would definitely recommend!

This stuff stops my hair falling out! It's true, if I don't use it I get a hairbrush full of hair, full strands, not broken or damaged. When I use it every day I smile at my hairbrush in the mornings...........tastes a bit horrid, mix with a small amount of hot water to disperse and just tip it down, less water less problem! I know it helps my nails and skin too and I frequently use it in my skin care products. Great stuff, good quality and cost effective, lasts me three months.

Was originally taking 1000mg optiMSM tablets but felt it was too much for my system to handle at once and got some side effects. Came across the Kala Health powder optiMSM and was able to accurately reduce my dose to a smaller one which I mix in water and will gradually build up the dose when my body can tolerate it. Will be sticking with this brànd as it is the easiest way for me to control my MSM input. A good company to buy from and i like the fact it is manufactured to a high standard and I am not getting any additional nasties in with my MSM powder.

Proved very effective, I'm big fan! Build your dose slowly from one measuring scoop to 2 then 3 and 4 along the week, keep taking for a few weeks and you're golden! Take a break, or continue with a lower dose. Don't forget to drink plenty of water throughout the days when using MSM. All the best!

I took MSM for about 6 weeks and started getting very severe headaches. Since stopping the headaches have subsided. I have dared not try it, unless I can get a lab test on purity. It helps marginally with joints when taking. There is no assay or laboratory certified analysis of the product, which means you should be very carful buying any supplement on Amazon. I have no idea if the MSM was shifting trace heavy metals in the brain or if there is trace contamination of heavy metals in the product. I hardly ever get headaches, except occassional dehydration, which cures with water in 5 mins. This headache phenomenon was very different from any normal type of headache I have ever experienced and it was definitely not migraine. My understanding is that the headaches are being caused by mobile and wireless radiation communications being reflected off trace metals in and around the brain. This one of the known effects of EHS, which has been researched in Sweden and the US. I don't suffer from EHS but can relate to the nasty effects of what EHS headaches feel like and do to your sleep. Maybe this needs to be researched more carefully. I would like to believe this was dislodging trace heavy metals, which were unable to cross the blood-brain barrier to detoxify and remove from the body via the kidneys and urinary excretion. However, there is a worry that the opposite is occurring. That the trace havy metals are moving into the brain via the blood-brain barrier. A responsible health company would run a certified lab test should on every produced batch and publish the results for transparency and honesty. Especially as they have added £5 to the price, without any real justification (i.e. purity testing).
