Acid Toilet Cleaner

Extremely efficient cleaner - as stated by other product reviewers. This is a very powerful cleaning product - effective first time around.After reading how other folks used the product, I took a tip from them. Our toilet had a lot of mineral deposit build up from hard water. These deposits will NOT shift with ordinary toilet cleaners, and have to be specially treated. I applied Cleenol as instructed on the product label, very carefully. I also let the product sit in the toilet pan for approximately an hour to give it time to work.End result: All deposits washed away with minimal use of the toilet brush! Sparkling clean, and should now stay that way with normal cleaning, and minimal use of Cleenol on an occasional basis.If you have a real mineral build up problem in your toilet, you will need to use hydrochloric acid to remove it. Normal toilet cleaning products contain very little to none of this. Keep in mind, hydrochloric acid must be handled and stored with great care, and is intended for occasional use only where there is an extreme problem with hard water.

I have recently moved into a new home and the toilet was looking a bit worse for wear. I can't stand stained toilets so I went on the hunt for something to sort it out. This one came up and I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Sooo glad I did!!! When it first arrived I was a bit confused as to why it costs that much for that size bottle, but I put it down the loo and left it for about 3 hours. I went back and flushed and wow I would say about 70% of the mess had gone! I gave it a good scrub and a little more came off! It left the really tough bits on either side in the grooves, and some around the waterline. That night, I got rid of as much water as I could out of the toilet bowl and then poured some more of the cleaner down so it covered the whole lot (limescale was up to he waterline), this time it was left over night about 8.5 hours, and blow me the whole lot had gone after flushing in the morning! A quick scrub round with the loo brush was all that was needed to move it all away from the bowl. I am so happy with my results, I didn't do anything crazy but my loo is now sparkling! I highly recommend this, don't be put off by the price it is worth it !!!

Rock hard limescale very thick under the water line in my toilet was defying all attempts at removal. I read product reviews of this stuff and decided to try it out. Delighted i did. Poured about a cup full neat into the water and left it overnight. Morning i was open mouth shocked when i flushed the toilet to see a pearly white, good as new toilet. This stuff is the absolute best stuff i could recommend for shifting hard, caked on limescale. Made my toilet cleaning job a doddle. Very, very, very highly delighted.

I had to use about a third of the bottle but it got rid of absolutely every bit of limescale in the toilet. The toilet had not been industrially cleaned for years (council property), just the usual brush and toilet cleaning products. I assumed I could never clean the toilet to looking new but after seeing reviews I decided to give it a go.For those interested, this is how I used it: I emptied as much water out the toilet, I then poured in this product and let it sit. I left for the recommended time on the bottle and then used the brush but left it a bit longer since I could tell it hadn't removed everything. This eventually broke down the limescale enough for me to flush away the liquid and limescale residue and have a toilet that looked good as new.Pros: Does the job! Worth every penny.Cons: N/A

Vow Vow Vow !! This is an excellent product. Buy it now. We had some brown marks in our toilet bowl and nothing worked to reomove these horrible marks, until we bought this toilet cleaner. The marks vanished with in minutes of using this liquid. Poured about half a litre and brushed off the marks. It was like magic, the stubborn marks just vanished like. We could not believe our eyes when these marks just disappeared with in minutes. Every penny worth it for buying this toilet cleaner. Order it today, you will be amazed. Make sure you take precautions when using it though, follow the instruction as stated on the container. Our toilet looks new.

I bought this cleaner after reading the reviews because my toilet has a small but persistent brown limescale stain that I have not been able to shift using supermarket products. I left this product on overnight, even though the instructions said to leave for 2 hours. I then used a bathroom scourer but the stain did not shift. I complained to the supplier that their product was misrepresented and they gave me a 10% discount, but I do wish I hadn't bought it, waste of money.

Bought a house with seriously scaled up toilets (ewww!). After trying every other method (normal toilet cleaner, coke, scrubbing and soaking) I was thinking we would have to buy new toilets. One last throw of the dice, we ordered 5 litres of this lovely stuff. It is absolutely accurately named, works a treat.This stuff removes decade old inch thick brown manky toilet scale like it was freshly spread peanut butter. Stuff that a lump hammer and chisel won't shift disappears in 10 minutes once you've poured a good slosh of this stuff in your loo. I bought 5 litres and used 2 litres on 2 loos so you really don't need much at all. I now have 3 litres to dispose of and given its effectiveness it is clearly lethal stuff.
