It looks good and it’s comfortable but I was disappointed to find a large scratch in the white metalwork. It had been packaged with protective wrap over the scratch, which was disappointing. Other than that we really like it.

Arrived in two separate shipments at different times. One piece was misplaced for a while.Good item for price although some rust coming through the paint in places. Not what you'd expect for a brand new item.

Turned up a few days before scheduled delivery and spoilt my daughters birthday surprise. Scratches to the frame work. Apart from the cosmetic defaults a nice chair.

Love this chair! Either in the garden or in the living room

This was a gift for my birthday - such a lovely chair that it has in fact taken pride of place in our conservatory rather than be put in the garden, everyone comments on how lovely it looks. Easy to put together and seems to be able to take a lot of weight.

bought this product for my wife's birthday on 6th July. opening the product - scratches on hook on top of chair and a cut on one of the tieback string of cushion. but worse to come was within two weeks on certain areas of frame rust spots appeared. we immediately contacted the company who offered parts to replace - despite us stating it was a birthday present and replacing parts defeats the enjoyment of birthday. emails were sent and received and not liking the emails from them esp saying 'have a nice day' when its an complaints about the product - so do not buy this product - we have just now got our full refund at last (10th aug)!!!

Bought this for my Mum and Dad's 21st anniversary and they absolutely loved it! Goes extremely well with our large passage area. Very easy to fit! If an 18yr old can fit this, trust me you can too! Oh and surprisingly it was delivered rather quick. It came within a few days! Deffo worth the buy!

This is comfortable but is plastic not wicker or rattan as advertised. I'm very diappointed as I wouldn't have bought a plastic chair. Having said that it looks okay in my conservatory and was easy to install.
