They're fine.
The magnets on them aren't particularly strong, so they do slide off the fridge if you open or close the door quickly. They also can fall apart fairly easily but be put back together just as easily. But they're cheap bag clips and they work for that.

Easily breakable chip clip
Thank goodness these were on sale and fairly cheap for the amount you get. The magnets on the back aren’t super strong. One got knocked off my fridge and immediately shatter. It does it purpose but don’t expect them to last long. Avoid dropping them if you can. I’d recommend trying another more better made clip if you can.
