These are for my 15 year old teen and he seems to get on well with this and surprisingly calmed his acne down.

Great supplements not the easiest to swallow
These supplements have been great, I’ve been waking up fresh and ready for the day every morning. They don’t taste bad, not really a taste at all, although I will say they aren’t that easy to swallow. As of now I haven’t experienced any negative side effects and they have proven to be great value for money

These are a great price on subscribe and save. They are a little bit bigger than other multivitamins which may be something to consider if your teen isnt great at taking tablets. There are 2 a day too, one multivit and 1 omega-3 capsule. My turn takes them just fine though and says that he feels better when taking them regularly.
