Rich, dense, creamy and easy to break up
I use this cacao butter (which is on my Subscribe & Save list) for making 'Breakfast Balls' - a mixture of almonds, walnuts, dates, sultanas, peanut butter and cacao - which are an absolutely delicious and nutritious breakfast-on-the-run and/or snack or even meal replacement. (Yummy with real coffee!). The Choc Chick cacao butter is perfect for this as it blends in to the mix without problems (the mix is just blended, not heated, so this is important). It breaks reasonably easily for cacao butter, so it's no problem to get precisely the amount you want. Over Christmas I made a 'Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich', with the sandwich part being made of oats, dates and cacao butter, and that was also a huge success. Highly recommended.

Great product and makes excellant chocolate
This is a great product and perfect for chocolate making! Arrived quickly and product works well, however comes in drops about the size of thumb nail, instead of fingers, like shown in the package, but thats better for baking anyway. Made some chocolate with this product, and actually tastes and has the texture of real chocolate! would definately reccomend (even though fairly exprensive for the amount you get) and willbe buying again.

The best ethical cacao I've tried
I love this, beautiful flavour and what's really important to me is that it's ethically sourced and minimally processed. Choc Chick have a great vibe x

Smells amazing!
You open it and immediately smell chocolate... Just don't eat it as it is, as it tastes nothing like it!!Started to make my own raw chocolate, great base and good size if you want to test whether you'll like using it.

Not true to advert
As shown in the picture, I was expecting the cacao butter to come in random sized random shaped pieces, but it came in uniform small nuggets which I was NOT happy about and may show more processing than I thought.

very versitile
this is very handy. i make loads of chocolate recipies that are sugar and dairy free. I make a vegan chocolate cake using date puree instead of sugar, and this cacao butter makes a delicious icing melted and mixed with carob powder and agave nectar

like I was eating moisturiser
I made chocolate with this and it had a really strange taste, like I was eating moisturiser.
