Great item

This is, like most of their products, a good, reliable, mid-priced item. Robust enough for sustained use, and the work of five minutes to reverse the closer. Unlike the cheaper locks, they have fitted a machine screw to it, so it is simple enough to unscrew and flip over. Do take a photo first though, in case you trigger the spring and can't remember, once you find it, where the ends fit inside the lock! Experience is a great teacher! Five stars for the quality at this price.

An excellent product. Well made and finished with what seems to be a tough matt-black finish. It arrived beautifully packed and speedily. The pack includes necessary screws for mounting the lock, BUT longer ones might be preferable.

This looks great and comes complete with two keys and all the necessary screws for fitting. Installing it was very straightforward and it does function overall, but it has flaws. The latch mechanism feels a little short, so I have to firmly push to properly close the door - it’s manageable, but I will try adding a small piece of wood behind the catch box/plate to bring it out further. The most disappointing thing is the latch turning feature, which seems flimsy. It doesn’t operate smoothly and lacks the robustness I had in my previous lock. This could be partly due to my old door and lever, but since my previous lock didn’t have this issue, I think it's more likely the lock’s design. Overall, while the lock is ok for now, its build quality is not great and I’m disappointed with its performance.

If you need to reverse the catch, be very careful of the spring moving out of place and pinging away.

Rubbish quality. Pops open constantly and will not serve its purpose of keeping the door closed. Already had to replace after a few weeks

used for lock on back gate, easy to fit but because outside was easy to take back of and fill with crease to stop water getting in, work well as make easy to lock and unlock from both outside and in side garden

Metti cinque stelle perché fa quello che promette, ovviamente occorre aver chiaro a cosa serve ovvero una serratura proforma senza grosse pretese di robustezza. Chiude e fa usare una maniglia. I materiali non sono robustissimi , ci ho messo una maniglia e installata in dieci minuti , facile da montare e far funzionare
