This set is not suitable for my air conditioner system. What should I do?

This gauge set covers most tools for R134A/R410A/R407C/R22 AC repair. For mini-split use with 3/8", 3/4", 5/8" or angled adaptors, buy those connectors separately—they're not included.

Why can't the system reach full vacuum?

90% cases are leaks or closed valves. Re-tighten all connections, fully open blue & red valves, and ensure yellow hose goes to pump. Spray soap water to find bubbles-–that's the leak.

Is it normal for the casing of a vacuum pump to heat up after a few minutes of use?

It is recommended to use continuously for no more than 30 minutes. . Longer use heats pump, less efficient (normal). Overheat auto-off; restart after 30 min cooling.

Oil leaks in the box when I received it. Can I still use it?

All vacuum pumps need to be added little oil for testing before sending, oil cap loosing will cause oil leak through long transportation. Check if the pump body is intact. If is intact, please wipe it. It will not affect the performance of the pump.
