No just the line with a loop. You have to attach your own swivel.

How long are the rigs?

I cannot actually remember & the rigs are in my boat at the coast. What may help you is that the rigs were short enough ( < 5ft) to be safely & carefully used from my RIB without too high a risk of puncturing & for younger children to use with a small beach rod. This length will alter of course if one chooses a six feather rig.
