Can you use it on a ear piercing ?

The instructions do say not to use on an open wound or broken skin. It does not contain antiseptic - so overall I would say no. If you Are thinking of using it before the piercings to numb the skin - I would use the gel version and see if that works - it relieves my back and joint pain - but not to the point where I don’t feel anything. Also using the spray near the face or eyes is not advisable. I hope this helps.

Is this a pump spray or propellant spray

Pump spray, all natural though quite a good pump action. Biofreeze do not make a propellant one.

Would this help a frozen shoulder

Don't know about frozen shoulder, but sure helps arthritis in the spine & after night cramps when the calves are aching, oh and soothed a crick in the neck, so I'd guess it might not be a total cure? But I'd hope it helps relieves some of pain..

Does this help with slipped/bulging disc?
