Large tablets, dosage is 2 tablets a day, not 1
Something I missed on my initial purchase, the tablets are 400mg each so if you want to hit the daily dosage as advertised the bottle will last you half as long as you think. Tablets are large and I have to try a little harder to swallow them but they do the trick! If you're like me and struggle to get enough calcium in your daily diet then would still recommend these, but next time might look into some smaller tablets or chews.

These have definitely helped me ... I'm on my second bottle and will gradually reduce to one tablet a day. I've noticeably seen a reduction in my hip pain and hand pain I'm on Anastrozole.... if you're taking this medicine, please ensure you are getting enough calcium and vit d to help prevent osteoporosis ❤️🌷

800mg refers to 2 tablets
I bought this on Amazon, rather than my pharmacy, because it said 800 mg on the package. However, I read now on the package that this refers to two( !!) tablets. My pharmacy’s non/brand calcium has the same amount in each tablet (400mg), so this product isn’t really an advantage, however, it’s much more expensive. Wish I’d just bought the cheap version for 1/3 of the price.

Great product
Amazing product, I was told that by the doctor that I need to take calcium tablets as I struggle to absorb the correct amount from food. After taking this for a month my results came back as very positive

Good quality
Most calcium tablets come with vitamin D3 and other vit/minerals, but I already take those separately so I was looking for calcium only tablets. I found these to be the higher potency at 800mg (per 2 tablets). The only drawback is the size of the tablet. They are quite big so if you have trouble swallowing tablets, it may not be for you. Or you could always cut it in half to make it easier to swallow. They don’t taste particularly good or bad… just quite chalky. I would buy it again
