This product is essentially a huge bit of expensive plastic ( even on sale) however my little on loves it.I will say that the lift gets stuck ( and doesn't go to the top any more) we contacted Amazon but all they could do was offer a replacement, but is have to post this one back and , who has a box for this thing laying around.
