I’d never trained indoors before and bought it on assumption it was needed . Even in different locations I’m still not convinced it’s an essential requirement

As expected could have been made of a heavier plastic, a little on the light side for my liking, could have been a bit sturdier, however does the job.and not expensive.

A must have for cycling indoors.
Bought the device for the rear wheel so I could ride my bike indoors. Now I've got this for the front wheel too riding experience is much improved. Would definitely recommend.
